This retreat is designed for anyone feeling stuck, lacking direction, or ready for meaningful change. It’s ideal if you want to reset your mindset, build confidence, and move forward with more clarity and purpose. 

The retreat includes walking and hiking in the Highlands, but it is not extreme. Activities are suitable for a moderate fitness level, with breaks, pacing, and flexibility built into the experience.

No experience is required. All hikes and walks are guided and adjusted to the group’s pace, making them accessible for beginners. 

Workshops are based on behavioural psychology and focus on identity, habits, motivation, emotional resilience, and personal growth. They are practical, reflective, and designed to support real-life change. 

This is a small group retreat experience. It is supportive and guided, with space for shared connection as well as personal reflection and privacy when needed. 

A full packing list will be provided after booking. Typically, you should bring comfortable outdoor clothing, walking shoes, waterproof layers, a journal, and personal essentials.

Yes, everything is included — accommodation, meals, workshops, guided activities, and all retreat experiences. Meals are freshly prepared by a private chef.
