Return & Refund Policy
At Roaming to Recovery, we aim to be transparent and fair with all bookings. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and changes to retreat or coaching bookings are handled.
Please read this carefully before making a booking.
Retreat Bookings
- All retreat bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A booking is only confirmed once payment (full or deposit) has been received.
- Due to limited spaces and preparation costs, refunds may be limited depending on cancellation timing.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made well in advance of the retreat start date may be eligible for a partial refund (as specified at booking).
- Cancellations made close to the retreat date may not be refundable.
- In some cases, you may be able to transfer your booking to another retreat date (subject to availability).
No-Show Policy
If a participant does not attend a retreat without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Coaching Services
- 1:1 coaching sessions can usually be rescheduled with advance notice.
- Missed or late-cancelled sessions may not be refunded.
Changes by Us
In rare cases, we may need to change or cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative date or experience
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
